Initial consultation is a flat $25 fee. This will be a basic review of your goals, resume review and recommendations. This is your journey, let's develop a plan to make the road easier.
Resume and Cover Letter:
Once we decide we can work together and meet the requested timetable for a professional resume and cover letter, we will give you a price for complete services as requested. The fee will be based on the complexity of the project. In general the amount of information you have already will influence the amount of time required. On average, the cost of a professional resume, cover letter and outline for other contact letters, such as thank you letters, depends on amount of time invested and could run around $500. The more we work together to develop your documents the better.
In addition to a professional resume, we offer a quick one hour review of your current resume if all you need is assistance with fine tuning the one you have.
We'll work together to determine your needs and where Morse Transition fits into the process. There are a number of assessment tools to determine your most marketable skills and unique gifts. We will review your experiences, skills and abilities, passions, work values, life achievements and more through one-on-one phone consultation, online video conference or in person in the Las Vegas area.
Next, we will write and design your resume and cover letter, then send them to you for review. Before you receive the final documents, fee must be paid using PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use the system.
Managing Your Online Image
A great LinkedIn profile is going to be essential in obtaining a position and is very effective in developing your online network.
We can assist you with the development of your online presence, including a LinkedIn Profile, professional content for an online resume or webpage. We will also assist with the management of your Quick Reference Code - or QR Code. Its a great way to take control of your online image.

Sessions are hourly based on your ongoing needs and assessment. Redevelopment of documents will be charged based on time.

In addition we can work on the development of career accomplishments for interview delivery. Training can also be on behavioral and situational interviews.
When possible, we will arrange a mock interview with an independent HR professional to provided future feedback on your interviewing skills.

There are several different career or skills assessment we can conduct depending on where you are in your career development.

We can determine which system would work best for you and how best to administer them based on your needs.
Fees for these assessments varies based on service providers.
_ Payment will be made with the use of a credit card or Pay Pal. Once you engage Morse Transition Consulting you will receive an email with outline based on the services or package you decide to use, a payment schedule can be worked out with at least half paid up front. Once the initial documents are completed, it will be necessary to pay the remaining balance before you will get a chance to review them. Because of the available of all kinds of technical programs, it is necessary to protect the work complete, therefore electronic copies of documents will only be sent after receipt of full payment.
For ongoing coaching sessions we can work out when payment will be made based on how the coaching will take place.
